EU: Update on Cybersecurity Act (EU 2022/30)

The regulation EU 2022/30 has been updated:

• RED Delegated Act

  1. Radio equipment capable of communicating over the internet, as laid out in Article 3(3), sections (d), (e), and (f)

Take effect on: February 1, 2022

Start to apply from: August 1, 2024
