India: TEC amended MTCTE Phases 3 and 4

India TEC(Telecommunication Engineering Centre) amended MTCTE Phases 3 and 4.

1. Removed: The requirement of EMI/EMC and Safety Certification by February 1, 2022

2. Complete ER Certification is mandatory starting July 1, 2022.

3. Test reports:

   1. Issue by TEC labs(designated): Valid for up to 5 years

   2. Issue by ILAC labs: Valid for up to 2 years in respect of the products listed in Annexure-II.

   3. Any other test reports that are not listed above, not acceptable any more for MTCETE certification.
