Ukraine: Restrictions use of certain hazardous


Technical Regulation restricting the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment , approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 10.03.2017 № 139 (hereinafter - the Technical Regulation), developed on the basis of Directive 2011/65 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council dated 08.06.2011 on restriction use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.


1. To approve the List of national standards for the purposes of application of the Technical regulation restricting the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 10.03.2017 № 139, formed on the basis of Commission Implementation Decision 2020/659 dated 15.05. 2020 (hereinafter - the List), which is attached.

2. Recognize as invalid the order of the Ministry of Economic Development dated 25.07.2017 № 1085 "On approval of the List of national standards identical to harmonized European standards and compliance with which provides a presumption of conformity of materials, components and electrical and electronic equipment to the requirements of the Technical Regulation" from 18.11. 2021

3. The Department of Technical Regulation and Innovation Policy to place the List on the official website of the Ministry of Economy within five working days from the date of its approval.

4. Control over the execution of this order shall be assigned to the Deputy Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine Novikov I.Yu.


For the purposes of applying the Technical Regulation, the national standard specified in the Annex shall apply.
